Pay and ScheduleSalary: $80,000-$100,000 per yearShift: First shiftLocation: Onsite role in Worcester, MAEmployment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time Daily ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and refine product cost estimates during the quoting and production lifecycleAnalyze materials, labor, tooling, equipment, and production processes to build accurate cost modelsIdentify cost risks, assumptions, and uncertainties within estimatesReview technical drawings, specifications, and vendor quotes to support detailed cost analysisTrack actual costs versus estimates and prepare variance analysis reportsLead manufacturing variance analysis and monthly cost reviewsIdentify cost-reduction opportunities and recommend efficiency improvementsCollaborate with engineering, procurement, sales, project management, and operations teamsEvaluate manufacturing workflows and propose optimized systems integrating labor, materials, and equipmentLead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean-based projectsUse statistical tools and production data to support informed decision-makingAssist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed Why This Opportunity Stands OutThis organization offers long-term stability in a proven manufacturing environment while continuing to invest in innovation and process optimization.
