Job DescriptionCounter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson required to join a leading HVAC Supplier.Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson will be responsible for handling customer needs processing orders providing product information and ensuring a smooth sales process across face-to-face phone and email interactions.An ideal Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson will be customer-focused highly organised and capable of managing sales transactions while maintaining positive dealer and client relationships.Package & Location:$40000 - $55000 performance incentivesTraining and career development programs providedBased in Pompano & Doral FLCounter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face phone and email interactionsSupport sales growth by maintaining accounts and communicating product launches promotions and servicesExecute all aspects of the sales function including order processing purchase orders payment processing quotes and delivery schedulesGenerate new and repeat sales by providing accurate product and technical informationAssist with warranties returns and problem resolution in collaboration with the Branch ManagerCounter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson Requirements:Experience in customer service inside sales or order management (HVAC knowledge preferred)Familiarity with HVAC equipment/products and ability to explain technical information clearlyProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word) and database applicationsStrong organisational multitasking and time management skillsExcellent communication skills (phone email and face-to-face) with ability to manage high-volume customer traffic Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,E Learning,Execution,Fiber Optic,Air Pressure Handling,Client Services Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 40000 - 55000
