Parts counterJob Summary: Assist our internal and external customers with obtaining the parts they need providing a high level of customer service. Participates in problem solving these issues.Follows up on backorders and special orders daily.Issues proper credit when necessary ensuring all required documents are in order.Works effectively with the service technicians and service advisors to determine what parts are needed and estimating when work can be completed.Expedites the install process by notifying service as soon as parts are in for special orders.Maintains an organized department where items can be easily located and are stored safely.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:Ability to prioritize workload and switch between tasks frequentlyAbility to work independentlyOrganization skills are a must haveAnalyze complex matters and problem solveReceptive to constructive criticismKnowledge of auto parts is very helpful Key Skills Business Development,Sales Experience,Marketing,Inventory Control,Customer Service,Computer Skills,Dealership Experience,GM Vehicles,Management Experience,Service Writing,Sales Management,Automotive Service Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
