*Work with Progression, Inc. get your application bumped to the front of the line* Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst Washington, DC (Joint Base Anacostia–Bolling) Pay From: $120,000 per year MUST: Experienced Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst 4+ years of Intelligence/CI experience within any DoD component 3+ years supporting highly sensitive, classified, or multi-discipline intelligence programs Strong analytical skills for identifying vulnerabilities, reviewing classified proposals, and assessing threats Proficiency with CI processes, security directives, and SAP/SCI protocols Ability to research, analyze, and produce high-quality written and verbal intelligence products Strong communication and coordination skills for interfacing with senior DoD and AF leadership Ability to brief complex information clearly and succinctly Eligibility for access to Special Access Program (SAP) information Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 years) DUTIES: Plan, organize, and evaluate Air Force security posture and viability of highly sensitive programs Conduct multi-discipline analysis across Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities Review and coordinate highly classified proposals requiring deep knowledge of AF, DoD, and federal entities Provide detailed assessments and recommendations on security, counterintelligence, and signature reduction issues Identify and evaluate potential security vulnerabilities and produce future threat assessments Ensure compliance with all security directives, policies, and instructions Deliver prompt CI support, guidance, and subject matter expertise to mission partners Ensure sensitive activities do not compromise national security intent, capabilities, or vulnerabilities Prepare and brief intelligence findings to senior AF and DoD officials, both verbally and in writing *Progression Inc. is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
