Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTennis Court Maintenance Staff MemberSUMMARY: This position involves entry level to semi-skilled equipment operation workand tennis court maintenance in the tennis department of the San Antonio Country.Responsible for preparing tennis and pickleball courts for daily play: Keeping tennisarea mowed and trimmed, doing daily, weekly and annual maintenance to the claycourts. Perform related work as required in our department. Will learn and beresponsible for skills necessary to maintain and improve a private upscale tennisfacilities. This position is under the direct supervision of the Tennis Director and HeadTennis Pro, Tennis Shop Manager or other management.Salary is based on experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but is not limited to thefollowing: Assists in the care and maintenance of all the courts and surrounding areas nextto courts. Operates smaller equipment as directed by his/her supervisor. Repair clay courts and lines when necessary. Report any needed repairs or equipment malfunctions to Tennis Director, HeadPro or Shop Manager. Perform other duties as directed by his/her supervisor. Safely operate all equipment.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily.
