Hours and schedule may vary.Responsibilities:Greet customersKeep the service drive and customer lounge cleanAssist the porters in transporting vehicles to and from the service departmentOperates a radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of serviceKeeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up pointNotifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require such as oil changes tires cleaning and general maintenanceProvide customer service and remain courteous and professional during transportAdhere to all driving regulations and state lawsRequirements:Must submit to a background check and drug testValid Florida drivers licensewith a clean driving recordMust be at least 18 years of ageDemonstratecustomer service skillsMust be able to work in outside elementsGood communication skillsBartow Ford is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
