Summer Associate Program The Summer Associate Program allows students to collaborate with senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders. Summer Associates will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Labor & Governmental Markets on projects within a group setting across the organization. The Labor & Governmental Markets team oversees EmblemHealth's large labor groups in the commercial market, including EmblemHealth's biggest account, the City of New York. The Account Management team's role is to service, maintain, and grow our existing client base through client, broker, consultant relationships. The Account Management team plays a crucial role in delivering competitive and effective products, and driving mission-crucial goals for the enterprise.
