If you're passionate about working with children and looking to make a meaningful impact, wed love to meet you!What You'll DoAs a Behavior Technician, youll play a vital role in helping children grow, learn, and thrive. Youll work one-on-one with clients, using ABA strategies to support their development and reduce challenging behaviors - always with guidance and support from our clinical team.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniquesMaking learning fun through structured play and interactive activitiesTracking progress and collecting data on skill development and behaviorsCommunicating with families and team members to ensure consistent supportHelping adapt therapy plans to fit each child's unique needsBringing creativity, energy, and patience to every sessionWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need to be an expert - we provide full, paid training.
