This beautiful 121-foot vessel is conveniently docked near Sparkman Wharf and offers premium dining experiences while cruising along the Hillsborough River and passing beneath the low bridges.With an elevated food menu and craft cocktails this is a unique experience unlike any other in Florida. We are the first dining vessel in the United States with an open kitchen concept and the ONLY dining vessel in the United States cooking with gas equipment.Craft provides amazing brunch and dinner cruises right in the heart of Tampa Bay! Cruise like you are in Europe. No passport required!Come Aboard!We are looking for energetic and passionate team members with a desire to grow, have fun, challenge themselves and join us in creating a wonderful guest experience.Craft elevates the work experience like no other restaurant can.The River JourneyLine Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our restaurant's recipes and specifications and play a key role in contributing to our customers' dining experience.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.Ensure that food is cooked and plated to the highest standards of quality.Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the head chef.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.Crew Member BenefitsA wide variety of insurance benefits are available after only 30 days!Company matching 401k program after 3 months!Complimentary and discount cruise tickets.Subsidized downtown parking.Requirements:Required Skills and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.Ability to work well in a team environment.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Education and ExperiencePrevious experience as a line cook required.Must successfully complete Craft training course.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of standing and walking.Must be able to lift, balance and carry products weighing up to 25 pounds.Must be able to work aboard a boat that is away from dock for several hours at a time.
