Must demonstrate a working knowledge of the electrical interworking’s of the construction profession in general as well as how it interacts with other trades. In addition, they will be responsible for the following:Work alongside operation and division managers on the development of curriculumAssist in forecasting employee training needsTraining VideosAssist with researching topicsPreview completed videos for transfer of knowledge errors and omissionsAssist with creating quizzesMeasure the impact of his/her training effortsImprove fellow employees job-related skills along with developing, maintaining, and applying various learning tools to encourage developmentPerform jobsite employee evaluations of their skillset(s)Assist with transcribing quality videos for Spanish conversion (as required)Assist with advertising training opportunities internally and externallyAssist with other activities as the need arisesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Electrical ExperienceHigh School diploma or GEDKnowledgeable on industry electrical safety procedures (i.e., LO/TO, NFPA 70E, etc.)Experience in electrical training/developmentCan be considered an electrical subject matter expert (SME) within the construction industryComfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individualWillingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as well as traveling to the jobsitesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervisionAbility to coordinate a variety of project simultaneouslyAbility to demonstrate flexibility and creativityStrong organizational and interpersonal skills are requiredAble to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadlineRegular and reliable attendance at workPreferred Skills and Qualifications:Bilingual (English and Spanish)NCCER Electrical Certification(s)MMR Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies ("MMR") is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, veteran status, genetic information or any other legally protected class.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insurancePowered by JazzHRNa9HIy2AR6
