Safely operate hydraulic crane to move concrete products and materials throughout the plant and yard.

Perform daily pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and proper lifting practices.

Maintain clear and organized work areas to support safe operations.

Accurately complete required inspection logs and documentation.

Operate other mobile equipment (forklifts, loaders) as needed to support plant operations.

Assist with general yard or production support tasks as needed.

Proven experience operating cranes in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.

Knowledge of applicable safety precautions.

Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.

Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous labor.

Must be willing to receive training for crane certification.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

NCCCO certification or equivalent.
