Salary Range$21.41-$27.31Job Posting End Date - Applications will no longer be accepted starting0Job SummaryStarting Salary: $21.41 - $27.30Employees assigned to this classification must work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.Job Description:PUBLIC WORKS: Performs supervisory and semi-skilled manual work involving the construction maintenance and repair of streets roadways drainage and sidewalks driveways curbs and gutters. Employees assigned to this classification supervise crews of workers that perform unskilled and semi-skilled work involving above-average physical effort and operation of power tools and equipment requiring some manipulative skills. Work is performed under moderate supervision and reviewed while in progress and upon completion through direct observation meetings and work review.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and two (2) years maintenance experience in assigned area one of which must have been in a lead or supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
