If you are Smart, have Integrity, Drive, and Enthusiasm, you would be a great Tropical Smoothie Caf Crew Member.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSInteracts with crew members and customers using Tropitude (Tropitude is our mojo and what makes Tropical Smoothie Caf fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere.)Delivers Unparalleled Hospitality to each customer that visits our caf.Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies.Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafes standards.Uses our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations.Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe.Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe.REQUIRED EXPERIENCELegally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSContinuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.Bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash.Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment.Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.WORKING CONDITIONSMost shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary.Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend, and/or holiday hours.Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Caf uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.Fun, fast paced, upbeat environment with no fryers!
