Illinois bar admission (active and in good standing); Wisconsin admission a plus
2+ years of criminal defense or related experience (prosecution, public defender, or private practice)
Strong courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and trial readiness
Passion for defending the accused and client-centered approach
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
