A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, is a foundational requirement, coupled with at least one year of experience providing behavioral health services to adults with serious mental illnesses or emotional impairments. You must be registered with the Board of Counseling as a Qualified Mental Health Professional-A (QMHP-A) or commit to registering as a QMHP-Trainee within your first month of employment. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey information and prepare documentation, alongside the ability to establish rapport with individuals in crisis. Proficiency in relevant software and tools will support your documentation efforts and enhance the overall therapeutic experience, ensuring you can deliver empathetic and effective support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services (Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling)(1) year of experience providing behavioral health services to adults living with a serious mental illness or emotionally impaired.
