Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCertified Peer Specialist – Mobile Crisis Outreach TeamBellingham, WA | Full-Time | 12 Hour Shifts Tues-Thurs, 8:00am-8:00pmWho You'll Be Working WithThe Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) provides mobile, on-demand behavioral health crisis support to individuals of all ages throughout the community. Whether in homes, shelters, schools, or on the streets, MCOT engages clients experiencing mental health or substance use crises, helping them stabilize, navigate challenges, and access further care using trauma-informed, culturally responsive, recovery-based methods.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Peer Counselor, you will use your lived experience with behavioral health to connect with individuals in crisis, offering hope, encouragement, and tools for recovery.
