CRM Specialist (GoHighLevel)Location: Southfield MI (On-Site Only) Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout Epic Health & Emerging BrandsThis role is ideal for someone with hands-onGoHighLevelexperience who wants to advance into a high-impact multi-brand CRM operations role.Position SummaryThe CRM Specialist will support the creation optimization and daily management ofGoHighLevelworkflowsautomations funnels and CRM processes across Epic Health and multiple emerging brands. This role ensures that all customer and patient journeys are seamless measurable and aligned with business goals.You will collaborate closely with marketing sales and operational leadership to implement campaigns streamline workflows and maintain clean compliant CRM data.Key ResponsibilitiesGoHighLevelPlatform ManagementBuild update and optimize subaccounts funnels forms calendars and pipelines.Maintain CRM assets including automations triggers workflows dashboards and reporting tools.Ensure system consistency template management and cross-brand organization structure.Funnel & Workflow DevelopmentAssist in building and maintaining end-to-end marketing funnels.Create automated email/SMS sequences nurture campaigns and appointment flows.Support A/B testing and optimization of funnels to increase conversion rates.Data Reporting & CRM HygieneMaintain clean CRM data ensuring accurate attribution tagging and segmentation.Support reporting needs for marketing and sales teams (conversion rates funnel performance pipeline metrics).Perform regular QA on automations and ensure they are functioning as intended.System IntegrationSupportintegrationsbetweenGoHighLeveland external systems (EHR/EMR payment platforms scheduling tools).Utilize Zapier or API-based connections to automate cross-system workflows.Team Training & SupportProvide onboarding and ongoing support to internal teams using GHL.Create basic SOPs quick guides and documentation for CRM use.Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide technical support to non-technical stakeholders.Compliance & Quality ControlEnsure all communications and data handling within GHL comply with internal standards and healthcare-related privacy expectations including HIPAA considerations where applicable.Monitor spam compliance deliverability and message quality.Qualifications2 years of hands-on experience withGoHighLevel(GHL)building funnels workflows triggers and automations.Strong understanding of CRM concepts pipeline management and lead flow processes.Experience building forms calendars pipelines and automated nurture campaigns.Ability to troubleshoot workflows and identify optimization opportunities.Experience working in fast-paced or multi-brand environments.Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for end users.Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Preferred / BonusExperience in healthcare wellness or service industries.Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant messaging practices.Basic HTML/CSS for funnel customization.Experience with Zapier or API integrations.Experience supporting marketing or sales teams.What We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive health benefits (medical dental vision)Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysA fast-growing innovative environment where your work has immediate impactOpportunities for advancement into senior CRM marketing technology or automation rolesCollaborative supportive team cultureApply TodayIf youre aGoHighLevelspecialist who thrives in a hands-on role and wants to grow your career in marketing technology we want to hear from you.Please submit your resume and any portfolio examples (funnels workflows automation maps etc.) showcasing your GHL experience.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Junit,Customer Service,Freelancing,Industrial Safety,ACCA,Arbitration Experience: years Vacancy: 1
