Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our Women's Health team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care with a focus on preventive health, reproductive wellness, and chronic condition management for women across the lifespan.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments, exams, and diagnostic evaluationsDevelop and implement personalized care plansProvide education on contraception, pregnancy, menopause, and general women's healthCollaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality careMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with UPMC standardsQualifications:Current Pennsylvania CRNP license with certification in Women's Health or Family PracticeMinimum of 3 years' experience in Women's Health preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for delivering inclusive and empathetic careBenefits:Competitive compensationFlexible schedulingOpportunities for continuing education and professional developmentSupportive work environment that values diversity and innovationAbout Carlisle:Carlisle has been recognized as one of the best small towns in the US due to low cost of living, great schools, and family friendly culture.
