In this role, you will be responsible for all laminated dough production and shaping. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious breads and pastries. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, wed like to hear from you!Duties and Responsibilities:Daily laminated dough production, ensure we meet all our parsLaminated doughs include croissant, brioche, puff pastry, pie doughClean and sanitize equipment and baking areasResponsible for closing down bakery, and maintain equipment carePrepare custom ordersTrack, maintain, and order inventory as necessary Qualifications:Previous experience as a production baker, or in a similar role is preferredAbility to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipmentKnowledge of food safety practicesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsTeam playerAvailable Mon-Fri 2pm - 10pm
