Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Position Title: CSAC-A/CSAC-SUPERVISEELocation: In-Person Richmond OfficeDepartments: Addiction Recovery Treatment ServicesPay Type: Full Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM 1-hour lunch)Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Paid Company HolidaysCertification & Addition Experience requirements:Must be Certified in Virginia as either: Certified Substance Abuse Counselor-Assistant (CSAC-A) Certified Substance Abuse Counselor-Supervisee (CSAC-Supervisee)Must have knowledge and experience with the following:Experience working with individuals with substance use disordersExperience working with adult individuals with Mental Health DisordersProficient Computer SkillsOrganization & Communication SkillsFirst Aid & CPR- preferred, not requiredTOVA- preferred, not requiredOne year of CSAC-A Experience preferredPosition OverviewThe CSAC-Type will perform continued orientation and acclimation to services, implement treatment plans, Case Management Activities, Record Keeping (Chart Maintenance), accessing community resources, and co-facilitate groups as needed. Must be energetic and engaging. Individuals in this role will be supporting the Individual through their initial phase of the program. The position is to assist in motivating Individuals during their time in service. We assist Individuals and their families on their road to recovery.
