CSM Seasonal Maintenance Worker at City of Burlington, Vermont

General PurposeChurch Street Marketplace is a department of the City of Burlington responsible for managing maintenance marketing administration capital improvements and safety on the public right-of-way in the Church Street Marketplace District.Each year some 1.5 million visitors come to shop eat meet and greet mark milestones or just pass the time of day on the Marketplace.CSM Seasonal Maintenance Workers work closely with CSMs full time maintenance staff to provide outdoor maintenance services for the Marketplace district. This position will require flexibility depending on the needs and working hours of the CSM Maintenance Team.Union Affiliation:Non-UnionPay Grade:$20.00 HourlyRemote Tier 1:Zero (0) days remote/weekEssential Job FunctionsPerform salting and snow removal during storms or urgent weather events.Provide trash removal needs during high-impact periods.
