Job Description

DescriptionProduces high quality images for interpretation by physicians that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Departments. Requires competence as determined by competency assessments in a variety of imaging equipment and technology. Practices proper safety guidelines for themselves support personnel and patients. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Ensures high level of service to patients through proper communication technique and safety guidelines. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations shift times and lengths. Also Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.QualificationsQualifications:Requires a graduate of an accredited radiography program.Additional Qualifications:Organized efficient and multifunctional. Ability to work independently. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates effective communication. Ability to work varied hours shift lengths and respond to an on-call pager which may include days evenings nights holidays and weekends. Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist experience preferred.License or Certifications:ARRT certified in RadiographyARRT certified in CT within 18 months of hire or 24 months for Critical Access Hospital Per Diem or Supplemental employees.Additional certifications may be required and determined by Radiology leadership.Appropriate state licensure from the state in which the candidate practices (if the state requires licensure).BLS certified Key Skills Advertisement,Fireworks,Maintenance,Contract Management,Import & Export,Android Development Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
