Culture Change AdvocateCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Culture Change Advocate (Level 3) to support the 777 Leadership Development team based out of Everett WA.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and inclusive group of leadership coaches. We are looking for highly motivated team members passionate about taking the 777 Program to a higher level.The selected candidates will partner with leaders to be Facilitators of Transformation and have a deep interest in growing others. Team members will have an understanding of BPS and Lean methodologies and a natural confident presence and communicate clearly in order to be able to convey information and ideas to a variety of audiences.Position Responsibilities:Facilitates Leadership workshops.Lead develop and implement a strategy for Leadership Development for 777 Leadership teamPartner with 777 Program leaders and their teamsInteract and provide feedback to Program Leadership.Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.Analyzes and interprets data.Provides feedback on assessment results.Works with organizations to develop strategies plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.Works under general direction.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplaceExperience with planning and facilitating workshops.Written communication and oral skillsProficiency using Microsoft Office Application (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3 years experience working with cross-functional teamsBachelors degree or higher in a related fieldDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total RewardsAt Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
