Current College Students - Part-Time Nanny Needed for 2-Month-Old (Downtown Raleigh) at Mirela

We are seeking a reliable, nurturing part-time nanny for our 2-month-old baby. The position is approximately 4 hours per weekday (currently 11:00 AM-3:00 PM), in our home in downtown Raleigh (near Wye Hill). We are open to slight adjustments in hours (1-5 PM) and up to 6h/day for the right candidate. Both parents primarily work from home. We are looking for someone comfortable caring for an infant independently during that time, including feeding (breastmilk bottles and bringing baby to mom for nursing), soothing, age-appropriate play (tummy time, reading, etc.), and maintaining consistent routines. Light household tasks while the baby is nursing/napping are appreciated (e.g., washing bottles, baby laundry, unloading/loading dishwasher, tidying kitchen and play areas). Reliability and clear communication are very important to us, as we depend on this coverage for our work schedule. Candidates must be up to date on Tdap and flu vaccines, non-smokers, and CPR/First Aid certified. COVID vaccination is strongly preferred. We have a friendly cat. This position would run through the end of May and likely through the end of July. Compensation: $25/hour, depending on experience.
