Job Title: Custodian Location: GM Rochester Components 1000 Lexington Ave Rochester NY 14606Positions Available: 2Pay Rate: $20.00/hrPosition OverviewWe are seeking dependable Part Time On-Call Custodians for GM Rochester Components. Candidates must be able to work at least two of the three available shifts and be comfortable training on PIV and fork truck operations.Available Shifts1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AMKey ResponsibilitiesPerform general janitorial and sanitation duties throughout the facilityMaintain cleanliness in restrooms breakrooms offices and common areasSweep mop and scrub floors; remove debris and keep walkways clearEmpty and remove trash/recycling; restock suppliesClean windows glass and high-touch surfacesAssist with waste handling light material movement and spill clean-upConduct routine checks for safety hazards and report issuesPerform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs as neededOperate PIV and fork truck safely after trainingFollow all PPE safety and site proceduresRequirementsScreeningCriminal background check5-panel drug screenPPE & Dress CodeStandard PPESlip-resistant shoes requiredStandard dress code Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
