Not all classifications will be to perform all job functions.Maintains the appearance sanitary condition and cleanliness of plant buildings and grounds.Performs dusting wiping polishing washing sweeping and sanitizing.Operates equipment such as riding sweepers lawn mower and small snow removal equipment.Maintains area in a neat and orderly manner and reports work hazards.Eligibility RequirementsMust have a high school diploma GED or pass a Combined Basic Skills TestMust be able to work effectively and efficiently both as a member of a team and independently.Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions with minimal supervision.Dependable and reliable to show up for scheduled work shifts including overtime.Willingness to wear required PPE at all times and always work safely.Ability to understand and follow UTLX operating procedures and policies based on safety and field training.Environmental & Working ConditionsWork indoors and outdoors may be exposed to the elements.Physical effort in lifting and carrying materials and attaching rigging devices.
