This allows us to take a comprehensive holistic approach to improving the lives of every person we serve those who receive and those who reap the benefits of our innovative responsive solutions.Set Pay Rate: $15.00 USD per hourShift: 2:00pm-10:00pmLocation: Chimes SchoolPrimary Functions:Maintains the interior and exterior appearance of the building as assigned.Keeps areas clean of trash.Maintains common areas of the building.Keeps the restroom supplied with required paper products and soapPerform routine glass and mirror cleaningMay be required to assist with vacuuming mopping or other ways to clean floorsMaintains grounds according to aesthetic needs and health requirements.May be required to be available for on-call duty as needed in some locations.Follows instructions and schedules.Is a positive role model for people served and Agency staff.Uses technology for the completion of specified job duties.Attends work regularly according to the assigned work schedule and in accordance with Agency policy.Attends and participates in in-service training staff meetings and other activities to facilitate professional development.Works cooperatively with others including all staff supervisors administrators co-workers people served community professionals customers vendors and the public.Assumes other duties responsibilities and special projects as needed.Secondary Functions:Assist with inventoryClean and maintain equipmentStrip refinish wax burnish buff floors and shampoo carpets as required by contractMaintain floors including porches and steps at entrancesAssist with special events by setting up and taking down furnitureRemove snow and ice from exterior areas as required by the contractPerform other duties and tasks as neededREQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred.EXPERIENCE: Six months of custodial work is preferred.
