The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning, and takes pride in a job well done.ResponsibilitiesMaintain high quality cleanliness of the buildingVacuum carpets, mop floors, clean restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans dailyClean windows, supply and restock restrooms.Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is completeWrite reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairsQualificationsEducational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of experience in janitorial servicesDrivers license or reliable transportation to and from the worksiteExperience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipmentExcellent stamina and physical healthMust be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
