As a Custom Painter, you will prepare and apply powder coat and liquid paint and other coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as needed. You will routinely make paint-related repairs to prime product prior to PDI. You may occasionally be required to coat custom fabricated structures, racking, vehicles, etc. You will follow all required safety procedures at all times.

What you have:

• Equipment paint processing experience OR a paint related certificate or degree (trade school / technical degree)
• Experience in topcoat, prime coat and electrostatic paint
• Ability to read blueprints / engineering drawings
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to perform repetitive operations
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Top candidates will also have:

• One year of liquid paint experience, preferably in touch up painting

1st Shift Starting Pay: $24.00/hour

• Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift Starting Pay: $24.00/hour (+ 8% Shift Premium)

• Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

3rd Shift Starting Pay: $24.00/hour (+ 8% Shift Premium)

• Monday-Friday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

**Role requires overtime as needed to support business needs**

Summary Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.30
