Customer Analytics Manager / Senior ManagerDallas, TX (Hybrid)$140$150K + 15% bonusWere hiring a Manager or Sr. Manager to lead customer and loyalty analytics for a fast-growing national food brand. This role will work with Marketing and Finance, focusing on the data behind guest behavior, visit frequency, check averages, and the effectiveness of our digital and loyalty initiatives. You will be the subject matter expert who helps us understand what drives guest acquisition, retention, and incremental revenue.The work is highly analytical and commercially focused, not campaign management. Youll analyze transaction-level data, evaluate promotion and offer performance, and develop insights that help the business make smarter investment decisions. Experience working with loyalty programs, CRM data, guest lifecycle, or behavioral analytics is especially valuable.What Youll DoAnalyze guest purchase patterns, offer redemptions, visit frequency, and other loyalty behaviorsMeasure the impact of promotions, discounts, and digital channels on sales and profitabilityBuild dashboards and KPI frameworks for ongoing reporting and decision supportPartner with Finance (FP&A) to connect customer behavior to revenue and margin outcomesProvide clear insights and recommendations that improve guest engagement and program performanceWhat Were Looking For510+ years in customer, loyalty, or marketing analytics (not campaign ops)Experience with restaurant, retail, or consumer food brand experienceHands-on skills with SQL or modern analytics toolsBackground working with transactional, CRM, or loyalty dataSomeone who can operate as the analytics owner
