Job Summary: Customer Care Coordinator responsible for supporting customer-facing events, coordinating schedules, managing customer visits, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills while working closely with internal teams and external customers. Additional Information: Training Duration: Approximately 30 days Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule customer visits, meetings, demonstrations, and events Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and customer visit coordination Manage calendars, meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, and event planning Arrange customer hospitality including meals, tours, and local event coordination Greet customers and support a professional customer-facing experience Assist with updating brochures, presentations, marketing materials, and videos Support general administrative and facility coordination tasks Communicate effectively with project teams, customers, and leadership Maintain accurate schedules, documentation, and event details Support customer presentations and organizational activities as needed Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing coordination, administrative support, hospitality, or event coordination roles Experience interacting with customers face-to-face in a professional environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Google Suite products Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude Responsibilities: Performs a variety of administrative duties. Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a functional unit. Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices and policies. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries. Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, and meeting/travel coordination. Maintains confidentiality.
