Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will serve as a manager to the sales and service teams while supporting the Agent with sales and service activities. This role will focus on driving sales growth in auto, fire, life, and health insurance products by contacting leads, meeting with new and existing customers, and reviewing their insurance needs to retain and grow business.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, overtime qualified

Vacation and Benefits: Vacation days accrue after 6 months of tenure: 5 days in the first year, 10 days in the second year, 15 days in the third year, 20 days after 6 years of service
