Customer Care Representative at Best Buy Health
Job Description
This role is hybrid, which means you must be located within a drivable distance to our Best Buy Health office in San Antonio, TX. You may be asked to come into the office up to 3 days per week.
What you'll do
- Respond to high volume of inbound calls from new and existing subscribers
- Actively listen, provide supportive responses and address customers' needs
- Recommend products and services that align with customers' needs
- Protect customer information by adhering to all Federal and State regulations (i.e., CPNI, PCI and HIPAA)
Basic qualifications
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Experience working in a technology-focused industry
- Experience working with senior-aged customers
