The Customer Enrollment Representative walks customers through wireless options and service activation, ensuring they start their mobile journey with confidence and a positive experience. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will begin with intensive training on mobile device functionalities and service plan structures. The Customer Enrollment Support role will center on providing customers with precise information and a streamlined enrollment process, ensuring their journey starts with unwavering support and clarity. Core Functions of the Customer Enrollment Support Qualify residential leads through CRM-driven outreach and structured workflows focused on mobile service eligibility and activation. Assist customers in selecting mobile devices, wireless plans, and bundled features aligned with usage needs and service goals. Manage onboarding by verifying documentation, tracking provisioning steps, and ensuring alignment with campaign delivery standards. Maintain CRM accuracy to monitor lead progression, customer interactions, and activation milestones for reporting and forecasting. Support post-activation engagement by reinforcing product value, identifying upgrade paths, and promoting long-term mobile retention. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve provisioning delays, documentation issues, and service escalations across the mobile ecosystem. Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Enrollment Support High school diploma or GED required; business or communications coursework supports mobile outreach and account coordination. Experience working with customers in retail or residential settings-supporting mobile accounts and structured service workflows. Proven ability to manage service tasks, maintain CRM accuracy, and support customer satisfaction through organized follow-through. Preferred Skills for the Customer Enrollment Support Knows how to position wireless products in a way that makes sense for each customer's lifestyle and usage habits. Uses structured outreach to qualify leads and guide mobile service adoption with clarity and confidence.
