JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Tempe, AZ - hybrid (2 days onsite) Length: 3-month initial contract with potential for extension Position Description This role is primarily task based and focused on accurate customer enrollment processing and data validation. The Customer Enrollment Technician supports enrollment activities by entering, reviewing, validating, and reconciling customer data across multiple systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readiness for downstream operational, billing, and planning use. Skills and Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent required -Some college coursework preferred; associate's degree or equivalent experience is sufficient -Strong attention to detail and accuracy -Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal systems and applications -Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) -Ability to follow defined procedures and document exceptions clearly Job Responsibilities -Enter, review, and validate customer enrollment data across multiple databases and systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. -Perform routine reconciliation of enrollment records between systems (e.g., customer information, service attributes, program participation, and related identifiers). -Identify, research, and resolve enrollment discrepancies, missing data, or validation errors in coordination with internal teams. -Perform quality control checks to confirm customer enrollment data meets established business rules and readiness standards for billing, reporting, and operational use. -Produce basic reports or summaries to support enrollment tracking, data quality monitoring, and workload management. -Document issues, trends, and resolutions related to enrollment data and escalate recurring issues as appropriate. -Complete special projects or data cleanup efforts as assigned by supervision or program staff
