We are also proud to be consistently recognized as a top employer in both the D.C. metro area and the nation.Position is available at 3901 Stonecroft Blvd Chantilly VA 20151Featured Benefits:Committed to Team Member Health: offering medical dental and vision coverage and a robust team member wellness program.Retirement: Inova matches the first 5% of eligible contributions starting on your first day.Tuition and Student Loan Assistance: offering up to $5250 per year in education assistance and up to $10000 for student loans.Mental Health Support: offering all Inova team members their spouses/partners and their children 25 mental health coaching or therapy sessions per person per year at no cost.Work/Life Balance: offering paid time off paid parental leave flexible work schedules and remote and hybrid career opportunities.Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities:Ensures that all prescriptions in the Ready to Dispense work que are filled in no more than 14 days.Pulls any prescriptions in pick-up bin after 14 days and gives to pharmacist for return to stock.Completes intake forms and collects pertinent data from patients at drop-off including correct spelling of name date of birth allergies and insurance information.Completes cash register transactions and appropriately balances register.Insures privacy of patient information by following HIPPA guidelines and laws.Completes daily and monthly deposit reports.Checks inventory for out-of-date products and removes expired products while maintaining an organized and up to date inventory.Orders and receives front-end inventory stock while maintaining inventory accuracy.Minimum Qualifications:Work schedule: 8-hour shift (days/evenings variable shift).Education:High School or GED.Experience:One (1) year experience in customer service.Required Experience:IC Key Skills English Speaking,Catering,Marine Biology,Entry Level,Computer Engineering Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
