The RoleThe Digital Experience team is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience Manager that works cross-functionally to enhance the overall digital customer experience. As an integral part of the team, this role will contribute to creating the strategy and execution of email and on-site communication with existing MyPresidio customers. Responsibilities include: Oversees customer experience initiatives, drives satisfaction, and manages cross-functional projects.Anticipate and adapt to changing business and market conditionsServe as the voice of the customer in strategy discussions with senior leadershipTroubleshoot issues, handle complaints, and escalate with solution optionsContribute to annual growth objectivesIdentify and support process improvement opportunities to meet company and customer expectationsLeverage performance data to identify actionable insights and improvementsPartner with leadership to address operational bottlenecks and trendsTranslate complex quantitative data into impactful recommendationsImplement process improvements for operational excellence and scalabilityUse data to derive strategic insights and present recommendations to senior managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program and process improvementsShare insights to foster collaboration and innovationProvide timely updates on program performance and key metricsTroubleshoot and resolve operational/data challenges with clear communication and sustainable solutions Required Skills and Professional Experience Bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing7-10+ years in digital or customer experience rolesExceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skillsResults-oriented, detail-focused, and strong commercial/business insightProven project management and process improvement experienceProficiency in MS Office and experience with Appcues (or similar tools)Exceptional communication, prioritization, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong computer skills, including CRM software and social media toolsData-driven, with experience structuring and interpreting data for strategic decisionsAnalytical mindset with a track record of measurable improvementsHighly organized team player with a customer-centric attitude Your future at PresidioJoiningPresidiomeans stepping into aculture of trailblazers-thinkers, builders, and collaborators-who push the boundaries of what's possible.
