We strive to be symbols of the community and better ourselves every day.What Youll Do:The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:Answer a high volume of incoming callsConvert incoming customer calls into booked service appointmentsDevelop and deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear compelling and personableRespond to customer requests resolving issues and promoting the brandBe professional and establish customer rapport encouraging repeat businessParticipate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound callingAdhere to the companys plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorablyMaintain and update customer accounts with complete and accurate informationWhat Wed Like You to Have:MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE SCHEDULE OF TUESDAY - SATURDAY!Proficiency with MS Office products.
