As an Installer, you will take ownership of custom installations across closets, garages, pantries, offices, mudrooms, and moredelivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction with every project.For over 40 years, Closets by Design has been a recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We value professionals who are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in both execution and customer service.We are currently searching for an experienced Carpenter/Installer to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate will bring proven installation expertise, leadership in the field, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities:Independently lead custom installations from start to finishInterpret blueprints and design plans with precisionOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyEnsure fabrication and installation meet company standards and client expectationsCollaborate with team members and designers to ensure seamless executionMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentRepresent the company with professionalism and courtesy in client homes Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of carpentry or installation experience requiredProficiency with construction tools and techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and plansStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsPhysical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materialsValid drivers license and reliable transportation required Compensation & Benefits:Competitive pay: $20.00 $60.00+ per hour based on experience and performanceComprehensive health benefits packagePaid Holidays and PTO401k MatchCompany-provided tools and equipmentSupportive team culture with open-door policyIf youre an experienced installer who takes pride in your work and thrives in a customer-focused environment, wed love to hear from you.
