The Customer Marketing Strategist role is where your strategic execution determines your success and advancement. The Work of A Customer Marketing Strategist Conducting direct sales consultations with residential customers for AT&T wireless services. Negotiating and closing service agreements to secure new accounts through persuasive communication. Identifying household connectivity gaps to sell customized wireless and data bundles. Analyzing neighborhood demographics to adapt outreach strategies for maximum market penetration. Exceeding daily KPIs through high-volume, strategic customer engagement and territory management. Educating the public on the technological advantages and long-term value of the AT&T network. Providing real-time market feedback to leadership to help refine regional growth strategies. The Customer Marketing Strategist is also responsible for managing the full sales cycle from the initial ice-breaker to final service activation.
