OverviewThis role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit's Commercial Business Units ("Spirit Commercial"). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing's three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial's core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions. ResponsibilitiesLocation - Wichita, KS Key Accountabilities:Represents Company to internal and external customers by providing a world class customer service experienceIncludes but not limited to managing orders from placement, returns, credits, and any other issues for the life of the orderWorks with all level of leadership and cross functional team to secure product needs for customersAuthority to access production systems for managing customer sales orders & suppliers through inventory systemsResponsibilities require internal coordination of contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, and warehousingMust be able to multitask under pressureCan handle different priorities through effective escalationWillingness to go above and beyond for the customerMust be a team player and willingness to put the customer firstAreas are limited to commercial and military QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experienceQuoting experienceSAP experienceExperience with manufacturing or processingExperience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Experience:Experience with supply chain and/or logisticsPrevious customer service experience in aircraft or other manufacturingPay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
