For information about ABMs benefits visitABM Employee Benefits Front Line Team Members (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older No high school diploma GED or college degree required No experience required and on the job training provided Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred Responsibilities: Conduct foot patrols to enhance security and increase visibilityServe as a crossing guard at designated street crossings to ensure pedestrian safetyAct as a greeter in the parking garage to assist with navigation and provide customer supportStation personnel at the loading dock entrance to communicate with delivery drivers and confirm clearance with the dock master via radioProvide pedestrian safety support while delivering exceptional customer serviceAct as a Welcome Ambassador for garage usersGreet and engage with garage users and to offer informational assistanceCommunicate effectively with garage users regarding parkingFollow safety precautions at all times A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
