Job Description
Allied National Services has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Account Manager at our corporate office. We're looking for a reliable, upbeat, and proactive professional who thrives on taking ownership of customer satisfaction and delivering results.In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating vendor services and managing client requests to ensure all services meet company and customer expectations. You'll work closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to maintain smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure daily attendance and accountability of assigned employeesSchedule and coordinate special services by phone and emailConfirm completion of services (pre- and post-service follow-up)Respond promptly to customer emails and callsMaintain accurate records in CRM softwareFollow up on equipment repairs and service issuesProcess contractor invoices accurately and efficientlySource, vet, and onboard new contractors and employeesQualifications2+ years of experience delivering excellent customer service and client satisfaction in an office environmentStrong, stable work history (no frequent job changes)Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skillsAssertive and confident decision-maker with sound business judgmentAbility to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume settingIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and follow-through in a transactional environmentManagement experience preferred but not requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not requiredWhy Join Allied National Services?At Allied, we value reliability, teamwork, and accountability.
