Customer Service Advisor at Driven Auto Service

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. $17 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries

• Help keep track of parts inventory, orders and returns. Keep invoices filed and organized daily.

Qualifications:

• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
