Customer Service Branch Associate II Automotive Finishes at Sherwin-Williams

DescriptionThis position is responsible for receiving and preparing orders as well as safely moving loading and delivering products. This position is also expected to provide customer service and operate tinting assist with scheduling mixing and color matching equipment as needed.The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Automotive branch #9829 located at 7029 N 57th Avenue Glendale AZ 85301.This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm based on business needs and subject to change.Job duties involve contact with customers which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods electronic equipment personal information store merchandise and other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys customers staff employees vendors contractors and the general public.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load pack wrap label ship)Load and unload products from deliveriesOperate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipmentAssist in planning delivery schedule to optimize unit efficiencyAssist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and servicesProcess sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and proceduresDeliver products to the customer in a safe and timely mannerKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures rules and regulationsEnsure that the stockroom is organizedComply with inventory control procedures and assist with bi-annual inventory reviewQualificationsMinimum RequirementsMust be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futureMust have a valid unrestricted Drivers LicenseMust be able with or without reasonable accommodation to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasionMust be willing to work all scheduled hours with or without reasonable accommodationMust have at least one (1) year of work experience in customer service retail or salesPreferred QualificationsHave at least one (1) year of work experience in a Sherwin-Williams Automotive BranchHave at least two (2) years of work experience in customer service retail or salesHave at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit) pallet jacks hand trucks order pickers vacu-hoists drum dollies conveyor belts etc.)Have at least a High School diploma or GED#SHWSalesRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Catering,Asset,Corporate Finance,Environmental Science,Linux Administration Employment Type : Hourly Experience: years Vacancy: 1
