What You'll Do:
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads, phone inquiries, and online chats
  • Set quality appointments for the sales team and maintain strong follow â€' up communication
  • Manage CRM tasks, update customer records, and track lead progress
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Harley â€' Davidson brand
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to support promotions, events, and lead â€' generation campaigns
  • Assist with outbound calls to past customers, prospects, and event attendees
  • Maintain high contact rates, appointment show rates, and follow â€' up standards
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills - confident, friendly, and professional
  • Ability to multitask in a fast â€' moving environment
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries
  • Tech â€' savvy with CRM or lead â€' management experience (or quick to learn)
  • Positive attitude, team â€' oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
  • Passion for motorcycles is a plus - enthusiasm goes a long way here
