We are hiring a Customer Service Inbound I Part Time for one of our clients in Waterloo IA. Job Description: This position will assist the Driver Licensing (DL) Service Center staff in managing daily customer traffic and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. This role supports full-time Customer Service Representatives by helping maintain efficient service delivery and a positive customer experience during peak periods or staffing shortages. Key Responsibilities: Greet and guide customers as they arrive at the service center. Monitor customer flow and direct individuals to the appropriate service areas. Assist in managing waiting areas and maintaining an organized orderly environment. Communicate estimated wait times and general information to customers. Support Customer Service Representatives by managing front-end logistics while applications are being processed. Alert management to any operational concerns or customer service issues. Ensure customers receive timely and courteous service. Skills Required: Strong customer service skills with a helpful friendly attitude. Good communication skills able to speak clearly and listen well. Able to stay organized and manage tasks in a busy environment.
