Duluth, GA Full-Time Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM $45,000 Annually Weekly Pay!
About the RoleAre you a problem-solver who enjoys being the "go-to" person for customers? LSI Staffing is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Duluth team.
In this role, you aren't just answering phones-you are the bridge between our world-class technology and our valued clients. You'll handle everything from technical quotes to order entry, ensuring every customer walks away with a solution.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Ambassadorship: Manage high-volume interactions via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
Sales Support: Prepare and provide accurate customer quotes and enter orders efficiently.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot common product issues and resolve customer complaints with a focus on high satisfaction.
Technical Assistance: Provide technical data sheets and product information to clients.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records using SAP and CRM systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, and Shipping to ensure customer requests are fulfilled on time.
The Basics: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF software. Experience with SAP or CRM systems is a major plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
Work Style: A self-starter who is comfortable working independently but thrives in a team environment.
Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles (Retail, Hospitality, or Call Centers).
