Customer Service Manager
As a customer service manager with Matt Knizner Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Insurance experience preferred
- Property and Casualty license preferred
- High level of organizational skills is needed
