Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tennis Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching tennis lessons to individuals and groups of all skill levels, fostering a love for the game while enhancing players' skills and techniques.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct individual and group tennis lessons for players of all ages and skill levels- Develop customized lesson plans to meet the needs and goals of each student- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students improve their game- Organize and lead tennis clinics, camps, and tournaments- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment- Stay updated on the latest tennis techniques and training methodsRequirements:- Proven experience as a tennis instructor or coach- Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to motivate and inspire students- Certification from a recognized tennis association is a plus- First Aid and CPR certification preferredWe offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
